1) carnival tickets' MONEY - you should have sold AT LEAST $5 worth of tickets, bring the remainder of the tickets and the amount of money you have collected to pass to Renee

2) Bishan bomb shelter CONSENT form - make sure it is signed. If you are unable to make it on the 4th of april, write down your (valid) reason but make sure your form has been signed.

you will be in charge of EVERYTHING from assembling the Guides behind the bookshop to the running of the programme. The ex-cos will only be helping with the roll-call, and the taps.

However, feel free to ask us for any help during this time. PLEASE take this meeting very SERIOUSLY as the teachers and the ex-cos will be looking for/appointing the next patrol leaders and the ex-co, based on your leadership, behaviour & attitude through the meeting.
