ATTIRE : sec3s - OLD PE ATTIRE

lower sec - NEW PE.

BRING : water bottle, SEC1- NOTEBOOK.

Today is AMYRAA's birthday!
SO HAPPY BIRTHDAY :D

For Sec 1s:
Thurday 3pm sharp @ Foyer.
Be in whatever attire you are in that day.

Bring S$100 and ezlink card.
We are taking public transport.
And please be responsible, don't lose your money!

Okay girls, please take some time to read the info below. Even though it's lengthy and all.

1. Responsibility

-YOU must CHECK this blog right here.

-No excuses for not checking out this blog for training details.

-We are even coming up with a RELAY SYSTEM to HELP you girls out.

2. CHANGES to Guides with effect from 26 MAY 2009

Reporting time:

-2.50pm outside Guide room.

-The room will be opened before 2.50pm

-ROLL CALL BEGINS AT 3PM SHARP for every meeting.

-Fall in at the open space beside the parade square. (similar to previous meeting)

Standard attire :

-Guides POLO TEE and PE shorts

-Polo tee must BE TUCKED IN.

Standard things:

-At least a half-full water bottle

to bring to roll call  -Valuables (especially HANDPHONE that is to be surrendered)

Rules & regulations  :  

-Please abide by instructions on the right hand side.

-It's even part of this blog's template which means it should be followed at ALL TIMES.

-All things (eg pinning up fringe etc) are to be done BEFORE roll call.

-Otherwise, punishments will be given.

-Cookie Tin Designs

-writing materials (a pen and a paper/a notebook)

Guides meeting on 22nd May 2009, Friday (Only for Sec 1s to 3s)

Time : 2pm

Attire : School Uniform

Venue : Guides Room

** We're announcing the results for the new Ex-Cos and PLs tomorrow! =D

Meeting on Tuesday, 19 May

ALL Guides have to attend this meeting. Anyone who is absent without a proper and acceptable excuse WILL be dealt with accordingly.

Attire: Whatever you are wearing on that day (if you have pe, then wear your pe attire)
Reporting time: 3pm for Guides who do not have NYAA, 5pm for Guides who have NYAA
Reporting venue: Guides' Room
