*Rmb to memorise the world song, whole two verse!

ALSO, get ready a canned food on friday as we will be supporting the Service Learning Club 'I CAN a day' campaign by donating canned food to needy people. :) Anyone with genuine problems donating canned food (FAS / family problems) feel free to tell the excos TOMORROW. :)

Guides HQ have informed us that there are still extra cookies available so your can still purchase! However it is not compulsory for ur to sell/buy or to meet a quota so its okay if you do not have any orders.

Previously we've told your that we will give your a little bit of time during cca to finish up/ touch up on the different thinking day competition entries if needed, however, as most of your should have seen Mr Vilau's email, there shouldnt be any cca on that day, but we will just meet up for a short while to settle certain stuffs.

So your are supposed to hand up the full totally finished competition entries on tues.

We will be celebrating Thinking Day very soon. For the sec 2s, this is a brief description of what thinking day is.

"World Thinking Day is of great significance for all Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. On this day, we celebrate and give thanks on the birthdays of our Founders, Lord and Lady Baden-Powell, who had inspired and transformed the lives of so many millions of people worldwide. Let us come together to renew the Promise we made during our enrolment and make this a meaningful and memorable event that will remain long in our memories.

The WTD theme for 2012 is “Together We Can Save Our Planet” is linked to WAGGGS’ Global Action Theme on Girls Worldwide Say “Together We Can Change Our World”. The theme encourages girls and young women to make a personal commitment to change the world around them."

Please also learn how to sing the world thinking day song. Search it on youtube (The World Song Lyrics). TRY TO MEMORISE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. This involves everyone. It is very important.

Hi guides! Its a new year, lets set things right and bring css girl guides to greater heights! :)

For those who have not sent their eoy camp reflections, the deadline has been extended numerous times. We do not want to cause unhappiness on the first cca day of the year so please send it to Diana's google apps latest 5th January 10pm.

First day of cca! :)

Hello guides! :)

Date: 6th Jan
Time: 1.50pm
Attire: Guides Pink Tee + PE Shorts
Venue: Foyer
What to bring: Art Materials, Coloured Papers + Blank papers, 1 rag, Guides Handbook

*If your pink tee is with us, go to the guides room after it is opened, in whatever attire you are in that day to put your bags, then get your tee from the excos and change into it immediately for cca.

Few things to take note:
1) Bring the homemaker's cloth with your name stapled on the bottom right hand corner. (applicable to those who took it only)
2) Collect First Aid Cert yourself once it is ready( applicable to those who took it only)
3) PLs are to bring the patrol flags done during camp and also allocate someone to bring ONE vanguard sheet
4) From now on, guides room will be open at 1.40pm/2.40pm. So ensure that you assemble on time!

Hellohello! Im sure you guys want the first day of cca to be fun & happy & everything! SO, WE NEED YOUR HELP! Tell us what YOU want to do on the first day of cca and we'll try to make it happen! How to do it? Sms/email your PLs your ideas and PLs please collate the ideas and sms/email Yuanshan by WEDNESDAY(4th Jan).

Also, there will be no cca tomorrow(3rd Jan).
