Collectors - Objective/Aim:
To remind our girls to throw their rubbish into the dustbin, and to help to clear the litter on the floor.
Description:
For each group, they will be hand locked with one another, and using their back to support a waste paper basket. They are not to hold the basket at all times. There will be lots of papers stew all around the classroom, and the groups are to pick up as many litters as possible and throw them into the waste paper baskets they are carrying behind their back within 15 mins. They can use hands or any creative tools to pick up the rubbish. In the event that their basket drops, they have to empty their basket and start all over again.
Judging Criteria:
As many litter as possible
Balls of papers (1 point each)
Plastic bags (1 point each)
Water bottles 1.5 l (1 point each)
Water bottles 500 ml (2 points each)
Pieces of toilet papers (2 points each)
Sweet wrappers (2 points each)
Bottle caps (3 points each)
Can tabs (3 points each)
Duration: 15 minutes per session
Participants:
5 teams for each session

To play a game using recycled materials. Devise strategies as a group to know down the maximum of pins using given number of rollers.
Description:
The pins will be positioned as shown above.
Each team gets 3 balls to try to knock down as many pins as they can.
The team that knocks down the most number of pins within 3 rounds is the winner.
Judging criteria: The team with the highest number of bowling pins toppled after 3 rounds win.
Duration: 30 minutes for 3 rounds
Number of participants: A team of 3
Logistics required: 10X 500 ml plastic bottles filled half filled with sand as bowling pins, 3X500ml plastic bottles as balls to know down the rolling pins, 1 raffia string

To enable Brownies/Girl Guides to be creative in designing an art craft item using magazines.
Description:
Each group needs to design an item using magazines. The item will only be announced on that day itself. At the end of the day, all the art will be collected and judged and the winner will be announced.
Duration: 45 minutes
Number of Participants: A team of 4 guides/brownies from each participating school

Description:
The organising school will be teaching the Brownies/ Guides to sew tote bags, using back stitches. They are required to make use of other accessories to beautify the tote bag.
Duration: 45 min
No. of participants: A team of 4 guides/brownies from each participating school
Logistics / Materials required:
The participating school will only be providing needles, white and black threads. Should the participants require threads of other colours, they would need to bring it themselves.
Every participating school is required to bring their used sleeveless T-shirt and other accessories to beautify the tote bag as well as safety pins, glue and scissors.
