HELLO GUIDES (-:
We need volunteers for the below- mentioned event. Please volunteer and text/ email the exocs or teachers if you're interested!
Girl Guides Singapore is hosting an International Camp from4 to 8 June. Overseas participants are being invited to sample Singaporean hospitality in the homes of Girl Guides Singapore families for two nights after the camp(8– 10 June). We are expecting 120 international Brownies, Girl Guides and their adult leaders. We are looking for members of Girl Guides Singapore, Guide Units and Brownie Packs who can welcome one or two or more overseas guests into their homes and take the time to entertain and show them around during the period. Host families are also expected to arrange to collect your guest(s)from Camp Christine, on 8 June at 3pm and take them to the airport at the end of their stay on 10June.

Details for SYF are as follows:
Date: 21/4/2012 (Saturday)
Time: Sec 2s involved - 8am , Sec 3s involved - 10am BE PUNCTUAL!
Attire: Full guides uniform with white canvas shoe (parallel shoelace)
Venue: Canteen
Sec 2s please be there at 8am, Mrs Loh will have a round of selection first.
sec 3s involved, if the sec 2s are good enough to be in SYF, you'll be there as reserves.

Cross Country Duties
Hey guides, we need 6 volunteers to be on duty for Cross Country on 30 april.
2 will be the prize presenters and 4 will be on standby duty. Sec 3s will be given priority then sec 2s and 1s. Text Gloria by thursday if you are interested. If you don't have her number, ask around or email her!

HI GUIDES :) ITS P.O.P DAY! :D There will be catered food during POP celebration so u guys can skip ur lunch. Just have a full recess will do! :)

WHAT TO BRING: All your POP materials, presents etc.
Dress down day, but AT YOUR OWN RISK !
IT WILL BE THE LAST CCA FOR ALL THE SEC 4S, SO ITS THE BEST TIME TO SHOW YOUR LOVE AND APPRECIATION FOR THEM! We will be announcing the new leaders and rankings on that day as well, so the rest of the company must give them your full support and they will officially take over on friday (20april). Those without positions, dont feel discouraged, its only rankings, there's still a very impt role for you in the Outreach project! :D

Note that we will be having our POP on 17th april. This is a confirmed date, hence all levels please get your performance / materials and whatever you need ready BEFORE THEN. Sec 3s, please prepare and GET everything settled earlier as well. :)

On fri cca, the sec 3s would like to see all of ur perfs, so meet up with one another before fri to get the perf done or to practice. If your have any problems or questions, ask any sec 3s if need, they are the in charge for POP.
