Hi guides :DD
Tomorrow some of the guides will be attending the AYCC NDP rehersal so the excos will not be in the cca session again. (but we will be there for roll call and dismissal)
The ICs will be Chloe, Verena and Dian tomorrow so do respect them and listen to their instructions attentively.
Date: 4 August 2015, Tuesday
Time: 2.45pm - 5.30pm
Reporting venue: Basketball Court near the classroom block
Attire: PE Attire (those involved in AYCC NDP), Guides Polo Tee + Shorts (the rest of the company)
What to bring:
- Waterbottles
- Consent forms/letters for AYCC NDP
- CCA Photos money (last call)
The reporting area will be the basketball court as the foyer will be used to gather all AYCC NDP participants so do not go there for reporting.
We state the reporting time in the blog as 2.45pm means that we are starting the roll call by then, not the time when all of you come to guides room and leave your bags there so I do not wish to see when it is 2.45pm tomorrow and all of you are still in the guides room. The guides room should be opened by 2.40pm.
The AYCC NDP guides will still leave their bags in the guides room first, bringing only waterbottle with them. We will be back at around 5.15pm if there is no delay.
