Hi guides! Tomorrow's CCA session would be tiring but (hopefully) fun! Rest well tonight and make sure not to skip your meals tomorrow, but do not eat a very heavy lunch. We will be doing something new and different tomorrow so lets get excited!!!

Here are the details:

Time: 2pm

Venue: Foyer

Attire: PE + sch shorts

Bring:

- 1 litre bottle(filled)

- extra shirt

- MCs

- personal medication (inhalers etc)

- citizenship badge (sec2s who hasn't passed up theirs)

Each patrol is to bring:

- 1 plastic bag of leaves

- 1 plastic bag of twigs, branches, sticks

- 1 spoon per member

- 1 sponge

Reminder for those involved in the school NDP to assemble in the hall by 12;40pm for the Appreciation Lunch

Rules & Expectations;

PUNCTUALITY

Being in a UG, sense of urgency is extremely important. Therefore, we do expect all of you to be punctual for every CCA event, sessions and activities.

If you are early, you are on time; And if you are on time you are late.

ATTIRE

Neat and proper attire. You are a guide, not an ahlian or minah.

1) Keep your nails short and clean.
2) Hair to be clipped up.
3) Uniform or tee always tucked in.
4) Strictly, no ankle socks.

DISCIPLINE

1) Always provide a letter why you're absent.
2) No handphones during CCA.

3) Ask for permission before carrying out an action.

(i) Do not ever cut a squad without asking for permission.

(ii) Inclusive of PT.

4) Respect.

(i) All teacher ICs and people with ranks(CL to PS) are to be referred to as "ma'am".

(ii) In the scenario where a Commanding Officer is one without a rank, she should be referred to as "IC".

5) Do not ever cut across the Parade Square.

6) Sit up straight at all times.

7) Be prompt and loud on your responses.

8) CCA sessions are compulsory, it is not an option to turn up or not.
