Hey Guides, I hope everyone is excited for the big day tomorrow!!! Lets do as well as our previous practices so we can finish the Enrollment Ceremony as quick as possible! Sec 1s, hope you guys have been memorising the things needed for tomorrow :)
Here are the details for tomorrow:
Time: 2:30pm-5:00pm
Venue: Foyer
Attire: full uniform + canvas shoes
Things to bring: water bottle, Guides handbook + pen, $ for those who needs to buy a new enrollment/world badge, MCs/parents letter
Things to take note:
1. we are starting CCA later than usual so we expect everyone to be ready in your proper attire by then & this includes:
- CANVAS shoes with parallel shoelaces
- 4-finger socks
- scarf tied properly
- badges sewn on neatly (dont forget your company tape)
- hair neatly tied in braids
- no accessories on wrists + no earrings
- hats ironed properly
2. CCA will end earlier as the Sec 2s have to attend their SSOE briefing
3. make sure you eat a proper meal before CCA, Enrollment Ceremony might take a looong time if we have to redo it many times
4. last call for MCs or parents letter, those without MCs would have to do a make-up CCA session
5. For Sec1s, dont forget to memorise the following:
- Guides Promise
- Guides Honour
- Guides Motto
- All the Guide Laws
- left hand shake + why it is the left hand
- some history of GG (founder etc)
6. If you want to change out of the full U after CCA, you MUST change out of the whole uniform. You cant just remove individual pieces like your scarf or hat.
